Downtown Circulation Study
The Downtown Circulation Study is a follow-up to a 1997 study, which evaluated circulation along all major routes within the Downtown, and offered recommendations for multimodal improvements. Since its completion, Wilmington’s Downtown has experienced significant changes in development that warrant a new study. The Downtown Circulation Study evaluates all modes of transportation and offers recommendations on how to make each mode more efficient for users.
