2009 Board of Directors Election Ballot
The Illinois Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (IL-HPCO) will have two open board of directors positions for the 2009/2010 term. Two IL-HPCO members, who are currently board members, have been nominated for re-election. They are running unopposed.

On the following screen you are asked to cast your vote as either 'Yes' as your preference for the candidate to be re-elected to an open seat, or 'No' as your preference for the candidate to not be re-elected to an open seat.
