Your answers to this survey will provide a measure of the District’s success in involving parents, and the findings will be compared to last year’s results.
For budgetary reasons, this survey includes some questions applicable only to Title I schools. If the question does not apply to your school, please choose "Not Applicable".
The answers WILL NOT be published individually by school. Only group results will be reported. However, Principals may request and get their individual results.
